Go Wild! Best Places to Watch the Minnesota Wild this Hockey Season

Crazy about hockey? We are too! Love the Minnesota Wild? So do we!

If you can’t get tickets to a Wild game, there are several places around town where you can cheer on the team among a lively crowd.

Joe Senser’s – For Those Wild About the Wild!

Owned by former Minnesota Viking Joe Senser, this bar is consistently named one of the “premier sports bars in the country” by Sports Illustrated. You’ll feel like you’re in the stands while watching their multiple 5×9 foot HDTV screens. There’s not a bad seat in the house! While watching the Wild game, indulge in their classic pizza selection, avocado ranch burgers, or hickory pulled pork sandwiches.

Willy McCoy’s – For the “everyday Joe!”

Willy McCoy’s is the neighborhood gathering place for family and friends. It’s a 1920s Prohibition-themed tavern for the “everyday Joe!” The dining area is eclectically decorated with antique lighting and rustic reclaimed Midwest barn wood. Their many televisions and community atmosphere make this a great location for watching the Minnesota Wild play. The menu includes Irish whiskey burgers, hot wings, and chicken sandwiches.

Tiffany Sports Lounge – For St. Paul Sports Fans!

Voted one of the best sports bars in St. Paul, Tiffany is named for the 1920s art deco Tiffany-style lamps that once hung in the lounge. The owners introduced a sports theme in 1986. In addition to the Wild, fans can watch the Green Bay Packers and Kansas Jayhawks on several flat-screen televisions. In the kitchen, the cooks prepare a fun menu from ahi tuna flatbread to an excellent Cubano. Enjoy a good meal paired with one of the craft beers on tap.

If you would like to call Valley Creek Apartments home, please contact us to arrange a tour. We’re a short drive from these bars and so much more.
