If you would like to start an at-home yoga practice, local yogas studios have you covered. They offer a variety of online classes designed to improve your overall health and well-being. Whether you would like to try Ashtanga or Slow Flow, the best studios near our apartments in Woodbury include:

CorePower Yoga

At CorePower Yoga, the instructors showcase the incredible things that can happen when you practice yoga. They recently introduced CorePower Live. Yoga and sculpt classes stream live daily, and all skill levels can join in the fun. The sessions start as early as 6:00 a.m., and they’re led by instructors across the country.

Jenson Yoga

Kristine Jenson began practicing yoga at the age of 20. Today, she’s a certified instructor and strives to make yoga accessible to everyone. Kristine offers classes through Zoom. All abilities are welcome, and the online sessions at Jenson Yoga are donation based. The sessions can be modified to make them easier or more challenging depending on the student’s skill level.

The Saint Paul Yoga Center

The Saint Paul Yoga Center is home to some of the most talented teachers in the Twin Cities. The sixteen instructors have 300 years of combined experience and offer classes that promote personal growth and transformation. The studio provides an array of yoga traditions. First-time students can start with the beginning sessions, which introduce the fundamental postures and include stretching, strengthening, and alignment work.  You can also try Vinyasa, Restorative, and Slow Flow. Classes are offered through Zoom, and the drop-in rate is 20 dollars.
